Many people get bored with their diets. The monotonous routine of eating the same foods leads them to cheat on their diet. This doesn’t happen with 60 Minute Dieters because we celebrate variety in foods. After all who wants to eat the same thing day in and day out?

After reading this list, perhaps you’re thinking, “Wait a minute these aren’t diet sites! Is this some kind of joke?” You’re right, these sites aren’t specific to diet food, just tasty food. As I’ve said all along, any food is 60 Minute Diet food, as long as you eat it in proper portions.
