Just because you’re on a low calorie diet and eating green beans doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy flavor in your recipes. This green bean casserole packs a rich flavor that will leave you pleasantly full.

Ingredients
- 1lb fresh green beans
- 2 cans reduced fat mushroom soup
- ½ tsp salt (pepper to taste)
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 1 can OC Onions ( I think this is the brand, don’t use the cheaper ones, thay don’t taste as good)
Cooking Directions
1) Blanch the green beans in one inch of water for 4-5 minutes, drain.
2) Mix green beans and mushroom soup in a bowl.
3) Divide into 10 ramekin cups, top with 1 ½ tbsp each of the onions.
4) Cover with foil and bake on 375 for 50 minutes or until top gets crispy.
This can also be made as a casserole and divided into plastic containers after baking.
