Low Calorie Fruit SmoothieIngredients:

  • ½ banana (50 calories)
  • 1 c fresh strawberries (45 calories)
  • ½ scoop protein powder (55 calories)
  • 1-2 tsp Splenda or Truvia sweetener (0 calories)
  • 1c ice
  • 1c water

Directions:
